Uses open source GRBL firmware on Arduino Uno Board, compatible with many GCODE editing programs. Runs from USB cable into computer for the data and needs 240 volt supply to power. Machine is almost silent in operation excepting for the noise of the cutter. Can be modified to take vacuum table for hold down and can also be fitted with low power laser cutter instead of spindle. Ideal tool for small workshop or school use. |
